The Finest in Family Theater
Orlando Family Stage (The REP) presents Geronimo Stilton: Mouse In Space (January 30 – March 5, 2017). This production is presented by supporting sponsors Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, and Florida Blue.
Villains are threatening New Mouse City, and the only hope is our reluctant hero, Geronimo Stilton! In this high-flying adventure, Geronimo Stilton is launched into space on a top-secret mission, but can he overcome his fears of heights, the dark, and confined spaces, and use his intelligence to save the day!? Based on the popular book series, this story takes Geronimo Stilton and his pals Thea, Trap, and Benjamin on the adventure of their rodent lives!
“Geronimo Stilton is the embodiment of all the core principles for which we strive”, says director Chris Armbrister. “The ability to laugh at ourselves and our fears, acceptance of others and their faults, the importance of education, the joy of helping others, being open-minded to diverse cultures, loyalty, truthfulness, respect, and the belief that teamwork is crucial to success. The adventures of Geronimo Stilton show us the world we dreamt of as children, and the world in which we all want our kids to grow up.”
Geronimo Stilton: Mouse In Space is based on an original idea by Elisabetta Dami and adapted for the stage by John Maclay. The stage production was originally commissioned by Oregon Children’s Theatre (Stan Foote, Artistic Director).
Geronimo Stilton: Mouse In Space is now playing Saturdays and Sundays from January 30 through March 5, 2017 at 2pm and 5:30pm. Tickets are $20 for adults, $18 for students, seniors (55+), and members of the military with valid ID, and $14 for the youth (ages 3 to 17).
