Up-front pricing, with grant support to provide more access to students who need it
We publish per-student pricing so you can pitch the trip to your principal without back-and-forth. Funding gaps shouldn't keep students from live theatre.
Ticket Pricing
Most Tickets are $20 each.
Tickets for A Charlie Brown Christmas are $25.
For groups with a minimum of 50 tickets, we offer one complimentary seat for every 10 in your ticket order. A $5 Order Fee is included on all ticket orders.
Grants & scholarships
Each season we set aside a pool of grant funding for high-need schools that offset ticket cost, transportation, or both. Apply early — funding is awarded on a rolling basis by title until the pool is exhausted.

The grace given to my students who were learning theatre etiquette for the first time made all the difference. We will be back.

Booking was easy, the resource guide was actually useful, and the production quality is genuinely Broadway-level.

FAQ
How do I confirm my booking once I submit the form?
Submitting the form places a 5-business-day soft hold on your requested date. Within 3 business days, a member of our field trip team will email or call you to confirm details. Your booking isn’t confirmed until you sign the contract — the form by itself doesn’t lock the date.
What if my school is applying for grant funding?
Tell us on the form. We’ll mark your booking as “funding pending” and work closely with you so you have time to hear back. Funding decisions usually come 60–90 days before the performance.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 30 days out. 50% refund 14–30 days out. Deposit non-refundable inside 14 days. We try hard to be flexible — talk to us early if a cancellation looks likely.
Do you support audio described performances and ASL?
Yes. Several performances each season are audio described, and ASL-interpreted performances can be requested. Note your needs on the form and we’ll route accordingly.
How does payment work — can we pay by PO?
Absolutely. POs, checks, and cards are all accepted. The PO request goes out automatically two weeks before your performance if we haven’t received one yet.
Can homeschool groups book?
Yes — homeschool groups are welcome. We’ll help you coordinate dates and group size. Use the form and select “Homeschool / group” as the school type.
Ready to book your field trip?
