Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Welcome to Orlando Family Stage. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Orlando Family Stage website, ticketing services, membership purchases, program registrations, donations, and other online or in-person transactions with Orlando Family Stage, Inc. (“Orlando Family Stage,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using our website, purchasing tickets, registering for programs, becoming a Member, making a donation, attending an event, or otherwise interacting with Orlando Family Stage, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms

Orlando Family Stage may update, change, suspend, or discontinue website content, ticket availability, performance schedules, programs, pricing, membership benefits, policies, or services at any time. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but errors, omissions, delays, or changes may occur.

These Terms are intended to supplement, not replace, any additional terms that may apply to specific purchases, programs, third-party platforms, grants, scholarships, rentals, field trips, or special events.

2. Ticketing Terms

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Ticket prices, seating locations, discounts, fees, performance dates, times, titles, venues, artists, and production details are subject to change.

Patrons are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing a purchase, including performance title, date, time, seat location, ticket quantity, price level, discount eligibility, and contact information.

Tickets are non-refundable except where expressly stated by Orlando Family Stage or required by applicable law. Partial refunds are not available for purchase errors, missed discounts, incorrect price levels, incorrect dates, seat selection mistakes, or similar order errors.

Discounts and promotional offers may not apply to all performances, programs, ticket types, fees, memberships, merchandise, concessions, special events, or other purchases. Discounts generally cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to completed purchases.

Orlando Family Stage is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties, resellers, or other sources outside our official ticketing channels.

3. Ticket Exchanges and Courtesy Swaps

While tickets are non-refundable, Orlando Family Stage may offer exchanges, also known as Courtesy Swaps, for eligible ticket orders.

Standard ticket exchanges may be requested for another performance of the same production, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested no later than 24 hours prior to curtain of the originally ticketed performance unless a different written policy applies. A $10.00 per-order exchange fee may apply.

Exchanged seats may not be in the same seating section, price level, or location as the original order. If the new tickets are in a higher-priced seating tier, the patron is responsible for paying the difference.

Group purchases, field trip performances, rental events, special events, Theatre for the Very Young programming, or other excluded events may not be eligible for exchanges.

Orlando Family Stage Members may receive additional Courtesy Swap benefits, depending on their Membership level and current Membership terms. Member exchanges are still subject to availability and any stated deadlines, exclusions, or price differences.

4. Performance Changes, Cancellations, and Force Majeure

Orlando Family Stage reserves the right to make changes to productions, performance schedules, artists, creative teams, venues, seating configurations, program offerings, and related details.

If Orlando Family Stage cancels a ticketed public performance, we may offer options such as a refund, credit, exchange, donation conversion, or other remedy, at our discretion and subject to the circumstances.

Orlando Family Stage is not liable for delays, interruptions, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public health concerns, government action, labor issues, facility issues, power outages, technical failures, emergencies, acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, or other force majeure events.

5. Membership Terms

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Membership benefits, pricing, eligible discounts, presale access, fee waivers, Courtesy Swap benefits, Bring a Friend vouchers, merchandise or concessions discounts, and other benefits are subject to change and may vary by Membership level.

Member benefits may not apply to all purchases or programs. Exclusions may include field trip performances, special events or experiences, Theatre for the Very Young shows and classes, rental events, select limited engagements, group purchases, third-party events, or other excluded offerings.

Membership discounts must be applied at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to completed ticket orders, registrations, merchandise purchases, concessions purchases, or other transactions.

Some Membership benefits for camps, classes, and Youth Academy programs may require a separate discount code or may take additional processing time before becoming active in the applicable registration system. Member discounts for education programs may not be combined with financial aid, scholarships, or other offers unless expressly stated.

Memberships do not guarantee ticket availability, specific seats, class availability, camp enrollment, program placement, or access to sold-out events.

6. Classes, Camps, Youth Academy, and Education Programs

Registrations for classes, camps, workshops, productions, residencies, and other education programs are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, registration deadlines, payment requirements, and program-specific policies.

Orlando Family Stage may establish age, grade, experience, audition, attendance, conduct, safety, documentation, or other requirements for participation in certain programs.

Withdrawal, cancellation, refund, and credit policies may vary by program type. Program-specific policies provided at registration or published on our website will apply.

Orlando Family Stage may alter, combine, reschedule, relocate, cancel, or modify education programs as necessary. If Orlando Family Stage cancels a program, we will communicate available options, which may include a refund, credit, transfer, or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

Parents, guardians, students, schools, and group leaders are responsible for providing accurate registration, emergency contact, medical, accessibility, pickup, and participation information.

7. Field Trips, Group Sales, and School Programs

Field trips, group sales, school performances, workshops, residencies, and other school or organization bookings may be subject to separate terms, contracts, deadlines, payment schedules, cancellation policies, minimums, chaperone requirements, accessibility coordination, and behavior expectations.

If a written agreement or contract applies to a field trip, group sale, school program, residency, or workshop, the terms of that agreement will control in the event of a conflict with these general Terms.

8. Donations and Fundraising

Donations to Orlando Family Stage are generally non-refundable. Donor benefits, recognition, event invitations, acknowledgments, or related opportunities may vary and are subject to change.

Orlando Family Stage is a nonprofit organization. Donors should consult their own tax advisors regarding the deductibility of any contribution. Orlando Family Stage does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.

Orlando Family Stage reserves the right to refuse admission, remove individuals, deny service, cancel participation, revoke tickets or memberships, or take other appropriate action without refund when conduct violates these Terms or creates a safety, operational, or community concern.

Accessibility services may include wheelchair-accessible seating and facilities, assistive listening devices, sensory-friendly supports, relaxed performances, ASL-interpreted performances, audio-described performances, courtesy wheelchairs, and other accommodations, depending on the event, program, date, and availability.

Accessibility offerings may vary by production, performance, program, or location. Orlando Family Stage may update accessibility services, procedures, and availability over time.

11. Photography, Video, and Audio Recording

Photography, video recording, livestreaming, and audio recording of performances may be restricted or prohibited due to copyright, licensing, artist agreements, privacy, child safety, and intellectual property considerations.

Unless expressly permitted by Orlando Family Stage, patrons may not photograph, film, livestream, or record performances, rehearsals, classes, backstage areas, or other restricted activities.

Orlando Family Stage may photograph, film, or record events, performances, classes, camps, programs, and public areas for archival, educational, promotional, fundraising, or marketing purposes. Additional permissions or releases may be required for certain programs or participants.

By entering public event areas, you acknowledge that you may appear in photos, video, or recordings captured by or on behalf of Orlando Family Stage, unless you notify us otherwise where an opt-out process is available.
