Bananaaaaa! Join the Minions on a musical mission filled with goofy giggles, big moves, and a chorus of chaos. From wild inventions to villainous antics, act, dance, and create your own minion-inspired mayhem. Grab your goggles, Minion Mode is full of surprises!
This program is designed for all students—whether you dream of performing onstage, simply want a fun way to make new friends, or both! This class is perfect for students who want to try something new, get creative, and have a blast—whether it is their first theatre class or their fiftieth!
What You Will Learn
- Learn lyrics and choreography to perform a variety of musical numbers
- How to create and perform a character
- How to create and tell a story as an ensemble through dramatic play
- Vocabulary and skills related to the ‘actor toolbox’; body, voice, imagination, and concentration
- How to share opinions about a story with classmates
What to Expect
- Engaging, interactive classes led by experienced teaching artists
- A supportive and inclusive environment designed for students to connect with each other
- Creative play and theatre games that explore the world, characters, and details of the class theme
- Opportunities to share ideas and receive personalized feedback
What to Bring
- Students should bring a water bottle, a non-perishable lunch, AND a snack each day. Please ensure all items are nut-free.
- All necessary class materials are provided
- Students are invited to participate in Wacky Wednesday each week! This is an optional opportunity to dress up in accordance with a class theme, which is decided upon and shared at the beginning of the week.

Extended Care
- Drop off at 8:45am
- Extended Care is available Monday-Friday, 4pm-5:30pm for $60 per week
Presentation Day
- Final presentation is held on the last day of class at 2:30pm, giving students the opportunity to showcase what they learned throughout the program. Family and friends are invited to attend.
