Our ability to add production elements such as lighting, sound, and projections allows us to turn an ordinary corporate event into an extraordinary experience for your guests while providing you the freedom to work with your own preferred vendors and caterers.
Space availability varies by time of year and is dependent upon Orlando Family Stage’s programming schedule. Pricing is based on multiple factors including space, event length, staffing, and add-ons. Leadership Orlando 2.0 Conference
In March 2021, Orlando Family Stage was proud to host Leadership Orlando 2.0 – The Impact Project for a conference spread between our Black Box Theatre and Edyth Bush Lobby. Understanding how the pandemic impacted event operations, we worked closely with Leadership Orlando to deliver a hybrid conference with both live attendees and a livestream for remote attendees.

Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Legislative Update
In May 2021, we welcomed the Hispanic Chamber of Conference for their Legislative Update meeting. This event, hosted in the Edyth Bush Theatre with a reception in the Edyth Bush Lobby, featured a panel style set-up with multiple speakers. Our team delivered a custom lighting look with a projected presentation and event livestream for remote attendees.
