Terms & Conditions

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Production titles, performance dates/times, class offerings, and class schedules are subject to change. Memberships are valid for one year from date of purchase. Member benefits do not apply for field trip performances, special events/experiences, Theatre for the Very Young (TVY) shows and classes, or rental events. Additional exclusions may apply.

ˆ Discounts on show tickets apply automatically at online check out when member is signed into their Patron Portal. Member should notify the Box Office of Member status when purchasing tickets by phone. Season productions, Youth Academy productions, and Limited Engagements are eligible for member ticket discounts. Ticket discounts do not apply to special events/experiences or Theatre for the Very Young (TVY) shows. Camp and class registration is processed in a different system than the system used to book show tickets. It can take up to 24 hours after a Membership is purchased for Member discounts to activate in the camp and class registration system. Discounts for camp and class enrollment require member to apply a unique code at check out when enrolling in each class. Camp and class enrollment discounts do not apply to Youth Academy production enrollment or Theatre for the Very Young (TVY) classes and programming.  Contact the Patron Services Team for assistance. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to past ticket orders or class registrations. Partial refunds are not available for purchase errors related to a patron not applying their Member discount prior to purchase.

* Early Access grants all membership levels the ability to purchase tickets online, by phone, or walk-up before tickets go on sale to the general public. In most cases, Members are granted access to purchase tickets to most shows when production titles are announced each season. “Public on sale dates” vary by production but are typically four (4) weeks out from the opening of each production. Some exclusions apply. Contact the Patron Services Team for assistance.

† Unlimited Courtesy Swap allows all membership levels the ability to exchange purchased seats for different seats within the same performance time or for different performance dates/times for free (normally $10.00/swap) and without limits. Requests for ticket swaps (exchanges) must be made no later than 24 hours following the performance time of the originally ticketed performance. All exchanges are subject to availability. Members exchanging tickets are responsible for differences in pricing if new tickets are in a higher seating tier.
